1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1   Your access to and use of Uniquewear.co.uk ("the Website") and any Services herein, is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website/Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website/Services you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website/Services.

1.2   We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued use of the Website/Services following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is therefore your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes.

2 PRIVACY POLICY

2.1   We are committed to responsible data management and subscribe to the principals of the data protection legislation in the United Kingdom. We are committed to maintaining the privacy of our users and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. If you register for any of the Services you will be asked to provide basic personal information. The information provided by you is not available for sale or use by third parties. The information is used solely for notifying you of changes or updates to the Website/Services.

E-mailing you
We have a mailing list which we use to inform customers of our offers and site developments. You are able to unsubscribe from this list quickly and easily via an email request to mail@uniquewear.co.uk. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you are a mailing list subscriber, or we need to inform you about your order.

Delivery Information
Delivery of your personalised garments should take place within 14-21 days of the order being accepted. We use Royal Mail exclusively for delivery, and if we are shipping abroad, we will notify you of the anticipated delivery times.

Security Information
Our payment provider handles all the payment information. Rest assured that your information is securely held by us and we don't even see your credit card details. No customer of ours has reported fraudulent card use as a result of a purchase made.

Payment Methods
We take Switch, Visa or Mastercard and other card as defined by our payment service provider. We will also take cheques and postal orders if you contact us first.

Cancellation & Returns
Because each garment is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns due to you typing in the wrong text, ordering the wrong size or colour. We would urge you to check your order confimation carefully and notify us by email immediately if you notice that you have made a mistake. If the garment is faulty, or we have misspelled your name or got the wrong car or bike on the garment, we will replace or refund, because thats our mistake.

Complaints Procedure
If you are unhappy with the service you receive from Uniquewear, please let us know.

Its best to e-mail us, although full details of the company are shown on the About Us page. Your contact is D Smith - Proprietor, and we promise to respond in 48hrs, giving a likely time scale for resolving the dispute. You can call us on 01952 248661. The office is staffed Monday-Friday 9am-5pm GMT.

All complaints will be held in utmost confidentiality, and will be dealt with in a fair and effective manner, ensuring that you are kept informed at all times of its progress.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
