Product License and Use Limitations
Uniquewear offers embroidery design files only according to an End User License Agreement (EULA). Purchasing, accessing, installing, downloading, or otherwise using embroidery design files in any fashion which have originated from Uniquewear, whether purchased or obtained free of charge, constitutes your acceptance, acknowledgement and agreement to be bound by the EULA. The EULA governs the way in which our embroidery designs may and may not be used. The EULA is provided below in its entirety. Please read it carefully prior to accessing the embroidery design files on this website.
End User License Agreement
Embroidery design files obtained from Uniquewear may be used freely to place embroidery designs on personal effects and/or garments or other items which are sold commercially. There is no limit to the number of times the design file may be used to sew-out the embroidery design.
However, it is a condition of this End User License Agreement that you do not resell the embroidery design files to, or for use by, another individual, company, or other entity, nor altered them for purposes of reselling.
You may not sell, resell, or otherwise further distribute the embroidery design files in any form, manner or medium (including by email, upload, post, or any other means, whether electronic or not). You may not give the embroidery design files away as a gift.
You may not copy, reproduce, create derivative works, represent as your own, or otherwise exploit the embroidery design files for reselling. You may change the embroidery design colours for your clients or for yourself, add text or incorporate other designs into the design, but must resell or give away the designs. You may not share, trade, or otherwise transfer the embroidery design files to another party.
Design files used to place embroidery designs on items for sale must be purchased. This means that designs obtained free of charge (including free designs) may only be used for experimental purposes, inspection of quality, or for placing embroidery designs on personal items which are not sold commercially.
Refund Policy
Due to the electronic nature of embroidery design files, Uniquewear can not offer general refunds once payment has been completed. Exceptions might be made in the event the files have not yet been downloaded. Please note that Uniquewear does offer free designs. Prior to making any purchase, these free designs can be used to verify embroidery quality in addition to determining which format is compatible with your system.
Design quality is guaranteed. This is possible because all designs are stitched out and inspected before being offered for sale. In the unlikely event you are not pleased with the design quality, please Contact Us.
Changes to These Terms of Service
Uniquewear may occasionally update these Terms of Service, the End User License Agreement, and the Privacy Policy. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of the Terms of Service. Therefore, please check before each use for changes.
