We use Royal mail to deliver our garments and they are packed in waterproof bags as used by catalogue companies to ensure the products are kept in the best possible condition. For larger orders, we use strong cardboard boxes. Please do not use a knife to open these!

Delivery usually takes around 14 to 21 Days from the date your order is accepted and any cheques clear, but international delivery may take longer - we'll keep you informed by email.

Returns
Because each garment is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns due to you typing in the wrong text, ordering the wrong size or colour.  We would urge you to check your order confirmation carefully and notify us by email immediately if you notice that you have made a mistake.  If the garment is faulty, or we have misspelled your name or got the wrong car or bike on the garment, we will replace or refund, because thats our mistake.
